CANCELLATION POLICY

 A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. A minimum of a 24 hour cancellation notice is required by phone, message, voicemail, or email. Late cancellation or no-shows will result in a 50% charge of the total service booked to the card on file.

LATE ARRIVAL 

Services can only be performed within your original plotted appointment time. However, you will be responsible for paying entire session or you can reschedule with 50% of the service fee will be applied. If you are running 15 minutes behind or later, it will be considered a no-show and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file.

QUICK FIX

 Any retention issues following your lash appointment must be reported to @beautybyjulianac within 72 hours. If there was a product malfunction, I will do my absolute best to rectify the issue.

BOOKING POLICY

1. Week Fill - Must book this option every week. If more than 1 week it will be considered a 2 week fill.
2. Week Fill - Must have 50% of lashes or more to book this option every 2 weeks. If you have less, it will be considered an extended fill.

        Extended Fill - Must have 40% of lashes or more to book this option. If you have less, it will be considered a full set.

REFUNDS

 I do not offer refund services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact me, and I will be more than happy to make adjustments to your satisfaction.

SAFETY 

1 guest is allowed NOT including children. No children allowed due to safety purposes.
